Experienced NICU family partners for family-centered care

Family voices. Better care.

We help NICUs make family-centered care real, one project at a time.

Family-Centered Care Partners (FCCP) is a collective of experienced NICU family partners: parents who have spent years doing this work, many of whom have mentored others. Together we are both a hands-on team and a growing network.

What our NICU family partners do

We work directly with NICUs, hospitals, and perinatal quality collaboratives to put family-centered care into practice and bring family partners into quality improvement (QI). We also connect organizations with vetted family partner experts and give those experts a place to meet, share, and grow new family partners.

Partner with organizations

We help teams put family-centered care into practice and bring family partners into quality improvement.

The whole family in view

Throughout, we keep the whole family's well-being in view. That includes the stress families can carry after intensive care, which clinicians call Post-Intensive Care Syndrome-Family (PICS-F).
